House rules

• No excessive movements or sitting on balcony railings.
• Remove shoes or sandals when inside the room.
• Keep noise levels low from 11 PM to 7 AM.
• Smoking is only allowed outside the A House.
• Pet owners must keep their pets leashed, bring their own cage and cleaning supplies, and are responsible for cleaning up after their pet. Any damage caused by the pet/s shall be charged to the guest, and a 1000php deposit will be collected upon check-in. An additional 500php will be charged for more than one (1) dog.

The space

Enjoy a comfortable stay in cozy rooms with basic amenities such as linens and toiletries. The property also has a shared kitchen where you can cook your meals, and a grilling station for outdoor barbecues. Take a stroll around the property and enjoy the wide space for outdoor activities, swings, and stargazing. You can have a bonfire and enjoy the sea of clouds during the rainy season. A view deck overlooking Sierra Madre is also available.
