- Cebu Ocean Park offers both indoor and outdoor experiences where temperatures might get too hot or too cold, so it is advisable to wear comfortable clothes
- Attractions and activities can only be accessed on foot, so please wear comfortable footwear. The park is also wheelchair-friendly
- Taking pictures is allowed, but using flash is strictly prohibited
- It is prohibited to touch, handle, or feed the animals outside the designated areas and without staff supervision.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed on the premises
- The park has its own food kiosk, casual dining restaurant, and cafe where visitors can eat and relax. Bringing pets and other animals is prohibited
- Various encounter programs are available inside the park, and additional fees may apply
- People of all ages are welcome, regardless of their vaccination status
- Cebu Ocean Park also offers Aquadining, where couples can have a romantic underwater dining experience, with additional fees possibly applying
