- Outside food and drinks are not allowed. The park has food outlets and restaurants available for guests to dine and relax
- Pets and other animals are not allowed inside the park
- Parking is available with an additional fee
- Taking pictures is allowed, but using flash photography is strictly prohibited.
- It is prohibited to touch, handle, or feed the animals outside the designated areas and without staff supervision
