• The tour is good for two hours
• Last call to enter is at 7 pm
• Storage areas are available at the venue with additional fees
• Wearing of face mask is still required
• It is best to book in advance as there is a limit to the number of guests allowed inside the museum
• Fully vaccinated adult is a must. A vaccination card must be presented at the front desk
• Guest(s) must be at the ticketing booth or lobby area 30 minutes before the scheduled time
• Multiple changing of outfits is strictly not allowed
• Bringing in of photoshoot equipment is strictly prohibited unless availing the photoshoot package.
• Taking photos and videos using smartphones and DSLR cameras are allowed without flash
• Bulk bags and backpacks are not allowed
• Strictly no extension of tour hours
