House rules

• All guests, staying or not, must be registered with their names
• Additional guests beyond 16 will be charged P300/head; 25 or more guests will be charged P500/head
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house; designated smoking areas are available
• Loud noise and rowdy parties are strictly prohibited. Keep noise levels low after 9PM
• Close all doors and windows when the AC is on; turn off the AC when not in use
• The host reserves the right to ask guests to leave the property immediately if they show aggressive behavior or disregard the house rules
• Two housekeepers will be present to assist guests during their stay
• There is only one parking slot available for guests, and unauthorized parking in front of the neighbors' properties is strictly prohibited.

The space

The Loft and Garden Deck are located on the third floor of the property, providing an unobstructed view of the city. The main house has a spacious living room with a 65" Samsung curved TV and a 4 to 6-seater dining table. The kitchen island is equipped with six burners and an oven, perfect for couples who love to cook. On the loft, guests can relax on a 2 3-seater sofa and a queen-sized bed while enjoying the top view of the Garden Deck. The master's bedroom has a Scandinavian-inspired design and is equipped with an OGAWA massage chair and a king-sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and has 2 shot showers, 2 hot & cold counter sink, a hot tub, an automatic toilet with heated seat, and an air conditioning unit for ultimate relaxation. Other amenities include gym equipment, videoke, a griller, and a bathtub. Guests can enjoy breakfast or other dining options in the comfort of their own home, or venture out to nearby restaurants and cafes. Note that activating the pool features incurs an additional fee of P750.
